THE CHALLENGE
Bapak Bakery faces the challenge of an outdated brand persona and a pressing need to innovate. To thrive in today’s mainstream market, the bakery requires a fresh identity, updated website, modern packaging, and a dynamic social media presence. With a vision to become a top leader in B2B and slowly progressing into B2C world of bakery and pastry production, Bapak Bakery must establish a strong brand presence to intensively engage the market.

To address the outdated brand persona of Bapak Bakery, the process began with a thorough analysis to identify key areas for innovation. Recognizing the need for a fresh identity, we worked on developing a modern brand image, including a revamp of their iconic logo that included their complimentary iconic yellow color and introduction of playful illustrations to support the new identity.
The creation of a new website, modern packaging, and vibrant social media presence were designed to create a coherent and attractive communication strategy. Similarly, styling photography with more character and a lively feeling was also incorporated, particularly for their social media strategy. The goal was to reinvent the bakery to align with today’s mainstream market, setting a strong foundation for a coherent and attractive communication strategy.

The result of this comprehensive process for Bapak Bakery was a transformed brand that seamlessly blends tradition with modernity. By refining the iconic Bapak logo alongside the famous yellow color. We introduced playful illustrations, to support the identity to have a fresh and inviting identity. The revamped website and modern packaging enhance the overall brand appeal, while the lively and character-filled styling photography ensures a coherent and attractive communication strategy. On social media, this new approach has led to increased engagement and a stronger connection with the audience.
